I’m Anand Shelar, a Level-3 certified cricket coach, mentor, and cricket development expert based in Barshi, Maharashtra. My passion for cricket has driven me to shape young talents, refine strategies, and contribute to the growth of the sport from grassroots levels to global platforms.
My Coaching Journey
Cricket has been more than just a game for me—it’s a lifelong commitment to excellence. I started my coaching career with a vision to bridge the gap between aspiring cricketers and structured, high-performance training. This led to the foundation of the High-Performance Centre for Cricket (HPCC), a premier cricket academy dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a professional cricketing culture.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with elite athletes and coaching international teams, including:
Head Coach – West Indies Masters (IML T20, 2025)
Assistant Coach – West Indies Legends (Road Safety World Series, 2021)
Assistant Coach – South Africa Legends (Road Safety World Series, 2022)
Head Coach – Solapur District Senior Team
I’ve also had the opportunity to mentor and train players who now represent district and state teams, making an impact in Maharashtra cricket. My coaching philosophy integrates technical skills, fitness training, and mental resilience, ensuring athletes are prepared for the competitive demands of modern cricket.
